高中乒乓球体能与技术协同优化策略探究

[Abstract] This paper focuses on high school table tennis teaching and explores strategies for the collaborative optimizationof physical fitnessand skills.Current teaching has problems such as training disconnection,unscientific methods,andneglectof individual differences,which restrictthe improvementofstudentsabilities.The studyhas developed a collaborative system,formulated a periodic training plan which includes three stages: preparation, competition,and recovery.Itoptimizes special training (including strength and endurance).At the same time,it adopts diversified technological means (such as decomposed training and intellgent asistance),implements personalized and hierarchical teaching,and makes adjustments with thehelpof big data.Meanwhile,it creates a good training atmosphere through competitions and club activities,and builds a comprehensive evaluation system using blockchain technology.Data shows that this model increases students' hiting accuracy from 65% to 80% reduces the injury rateby 40% ,and improves strength and sensitivity by 12% and 18% respectively.It effectively promotes the all-round development of students’ skils,physical fitness and psychological quality,providing a practical framework for teaching reform.
