[Abstract] This paper focuses on health education in the physical education and health curiculum during compulsory education.Theresearch willdeeplyanalyze its connotation，and emphasize the successul experiences of developed countries outside theregion inthis field，including policyand regulatory support，comprehensive interdisciplinarydesign， profesionalteacher training，and emphasis onmulti-partycolaboration.Basedon theactual situation in China，italso proposes practical pathways such asstrengthening policy guidance，innovating school management，building profesional teams，and improving the evaluation system.This means to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing the qualityand efectivenessofhealth education in compulsory educationinChina，which can promote the comprehensive development of students'physical and mental health.
