[Abstract] The14th Five-Year Plan proposes toaccelerate digital developmentand builda digital China,clearly stating thateducation isoneof theimportant applicationscenariosof digital.The article focuses on the teaching ofskipping ropeunit at the primary schoollevel, theoretical framework and the adaptation logic of skipping rope units,the value reconstruction and educational orientationof skipping rope unit teaching,and exploring theconstruction ofadigital skipping ropeunit teaching design from the following aspects: precise skillgoal seting strategies,deep integration of knowledge content,diversified innovationof teaching methods,three-dimensional developmentof teaching resources, multi-dimensional constructionoflearning evaluation,implementationof after-school extensionandexpansion,and promotion of teacher profesional development.At the same time,it createsa tripartite interactive model of "technology+cognition+teaching"in order toprovide practical reference for improving teaching accuracyand educational effectiveness.
