[Abstract] This paper uses literature reviewand logical reasoning to deeplyanalyze therealitic dilemmas faced by the high-qualitydevelopment ofrural sports inthenew era，and explores the solution path，aiming toprovide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the high-quality development of rural sports. It is found that there are five dilemmas inthe high-qualitydevelopmentofrural sports： insuficient driving force，unbalanced resourceallcation， lagging industrial integration，lackof governancesystem，andcultural inheritancefault.Basedonthis，fivepracticalpaths are proposed： building a farmer-centered development strategy，establishing a demand-oriented service model， improving the modern public service system，improving the urban-rural coordinated development mechanism，and strengthening the inheritance and innovation of sports culture.
