中职健美操课程结构化教学模式的构建与实践研究

[Abstract] The structuring of course content has becomean important concept in the standard of vocational physical education curriculum,which has significant implications for the teaching of aerobics in the classroom. Based on the concept of structured teaching, it constructs a structured teaching model for vocational aerobics courses,includingconceptual transformation and emphasison two-way interaction between teachers and students; Overall planning,it emphasizes the correlation between knowledge and skills; Stepbystep,it follows thelawsof students'cognitive development; It migratesapplications that meet the career development needsof students. Based on this,a practical analysis of the structured teaching mode of vocational aerobics courses is conducted from pre class, in class,and post class stages,aiming to provide reference and guidance for researchers.
