高校体育课内外一体化育人模式研究

[Abstract] Against the backdrop of deepening educational reforms in higher education institutions and the implementationofthe Healthy China strategy,this article focuses on therole of the integrated education modelof physical education intrapersonal and extracuricular,in enhancing students'comprehensive qualities.Taking Beijing RehabilitationMedical ColegeofCapitalMedical Universityas theresearch subject,theresearch employs literature review,questionnaire surveys,and interviews for investigation.The research reveals that current physical education in universities mainlyfaces core issues such as disconnection between intrapersonal and extracuricular teachingactivities, monotonous teaching models and methods,aone-sided evaluation system,and insuffcient resource integration.The implementationoftheintegratededucationmodel,byintegratingintrapersonalandextracuricularsportsrourcesand activities,aimstobreakthetemporalandspatialconstraintsof traditional education,colaborativelycultivatestudents' sportsskill,timulateparticipationinterestandfosterlifelongsportsconsciousnessinordertoservethenationalhealth strategy needs.Tothis end,effrts need tobe made to improve thecurriculum structure system,innovate teaching organization and methods,establish amultidimensional and dynamic evaluation mechanism,and strengthen the construction of software and hardware resource support.
