具身认知视域下应用型高校体育文化素养培育的实践路径研究

[Abstract] Basedonthe "HealthyChina 2O3o"andthe goal ofcultivating high-quality applied talents,this research aims to explore innovative practical paths for cultivating sports and cultural iteracy inapplied universitiesunder the guidance of embodied cognition theory,using methods such as literature research and logical analysis.Research has found that the cultivation of sportsand cultural literacyin applied universities needs to start with thecognitiveconcept of "unity of body and mind",and internalize literacy through embodied situational creation and subject practice. However,thecurrntcultivationofsports cultural lteracy inapplication-orienteduniversitiesis purelyfocusedonissues suchascuriculum design neglecting embodiment,cultural context discontinuity,lackofsubject practice,and single evaluation tols.Based onthis,practical paths such as restructuringthe curiculum system to strengthen the foundation, bridging the influence of cultural context,expanding the subject's practical experience,innovating evaluation mechanisms,and incentivizing feedback are proposed.
