“健康中国2030”背景下高校瑜伽课程的发展阻滞与治理路径研究

[Abstract] Under the background of comprehensively deepening the implementationof the "healthy China 2O30" plan and higher requirements fortheeducational functionof physicaleducation incollgesanduniversities,yogacourse in colleges and universities is notonlyan important carrier for practicing theconceptof "Lide Shuren",promoting the coordinateddevelopmentofstudents'physicalandmentalhealth,butalsoakeybreakthroughforcollegesanduivesties torespond to the national health strategy,and help students develop health literacy and lifelong exercise habits. Therefore,thisarticle uses methodsofliterature research andlogicalanalysis toanalyze thecore obstacles currently faced by yoga courses in colleges and universities inthe fields of policy cohesion,resource alocation, value cognition and quality supervision,and further explore the path of systematic governance.The research found that yoga courses in coleges and universities face keyobstacles,such as policy implementation gap,imbalance betweensuppy and demand ofresources,deviationof valueorientationand weakqualityasurance.Basedonthis,it is proposed to strengthen the policy coordination supply mechanism,optimize the accurate alocation of campus sports resources,deepen the educational recognitionof Yoga health value,and buildadynamic and multidimensional courseregulatory framework.
