[Abstract] Basedonhistorical research，textualandlogicalanalysis，andother methods，thisstudysystematicallreviews theopportunitiesandchallnges faced bythedevelopmentoftheWushu Sanda projects.Itfinds thatthe national-level cultural confidence strategyprovides policy legitimacy support for Sanda，the demand for national ftness stimulates the development space for popularization，international sports governance reforms have brought opportunities for rule discourse power，and digital technology has empowered the upgrading of trainingand communication systems. At the sametime，its development faces challenges suchas insufficientstandardizationof rules，obstructionofprofessonalization paths，dissolutionof traditional cultural characteristics，and agap in youth participation.Basedon this，strategiesare proposed to revitalize the master apprentice inheritance system to strengthen technical roots，reconstruct the competition point systemtoalignwithOlympicstandards，cultivateaprofesionalclubecosystem tobreak throughmarket dificulties， and innovate campus curriculum modules to build a solid talent foundation.
