[Abstract] With therapid developmentof VR technology,its application inthe fieldof educationhas become increasinglywdespread,demonstratingsignificant potetial incollegepsicaleducation.Vollyballisollectivesort thatheavilyreliesoncoordinationandtacticalawarenessand theefectivenessofitstraning largelydependsonstudents' understanding of tactical structuresand movement rhythms.Traditional teaching methods are often limited by factors suchas facility resources and staffing structures,making it difficult to meet the demands ofhigh-frequencyand highimmersion tactical training. VR technology,bycreating immersive simulation environments and providing real-time interactive feedback along with trainingdataanalysis,offers more preciseandflexiblesolutions forvolleyball tactical instruction.Starting from theprinciplesofVR technologyandcombining with theactualneedsofcolege voleyball teaching,thisresearch systematicallyanalyzes itsspecificapplications intactical exercisesand teamcoordinationiming to provide a reference for the reform of physical education in college.
