中华传统文化融入高校公共体育教育的策略研究

[Abstract] Under the backgroundof globalization，the inheritanceanddevelopmentof traditional Chineseculture is particularly important.Asa key place for cultural inheritanceand innovation，public physical education incollges anduniversitiesnotonlybears the heavy responsibilityof cultivating students'physical and mentalhealth，but also servesas an important wayto inheritand promote theexcellnttraditional Chinese culture.Basedonthis，this article analyzes thevalueof integrating traditional Chinese culture into public physical education incoleges and universities， such as enriching the content of physical education courses，improving students'cultural literacy and promoting the inheritance and development oftraditional culture，this paper proposes a series of specific strategies，such as optimizing thecourse setings，innovating teaching methods，strengthening teacher training，creating acultural atmosphere and strengthening practical activities，etc.Through the implementationofthese strategies，itaims toefectivelypromote thedeepintegrationoftraditional Chineseculture inpublicphysical education incolegesand universities，and contribute to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and cultural self-confidence.
