篮球训练辅助器材在高职院校篮球训练中的应用研究

[Abstract]Against thebackdropof physical education teaching reform，basketballtraining playsacrucial role inthe physical education curriculum of higher vocational colleges.Basketballauxiliary equipment serves functions such as assisting incorrecting technical movements，enhancing physicalfitness，andoptimizing tacticalsimulation.However， current problems include the lack of systematic equipment procurement，coaches' insuffcient understanding of equipment functions and single application methods， as wellas students' weak ability to use equipment independently. To this end，the systematicconfiguration of equipment shouldbeoptimized，anda three-dimensionalcollaborative procurement system of "physical ftnes technology tactics" should be established; It strengthens coaches'aplication ability of equipment and creates a training model of "specialized training + practical guidance + integration of teaching andresearch"; Itimproves students'independentuseabilityand buildsatraining systemof "theoretical teaching + practical guidance + post class closed loop".Through the above measures，it fully utilizes the role of auxiliary equipment in basketballtraining，enhances the scientificnature of training，and promotes the modern transformationof physical education teaching.
