[Abstract] Thebalanced and high-qualitydevelopment of school physical educationand health education is not only a concrete manifestationofthe principleof educational equity,but alsoanimportant guarantee topromote theallround development of students.Using themethodsof literaturereview,logical inductionanddatastatistics,this study constructeda theoretical framework forthe high-qualityand balanced developmentofschool physical educationand health education,and clarified the esential requirements for thehigh-qualityand balanced developmentof school physical education and health education.Thestudy found that the current school physical education and health education faced multiple constraints on thepathof high-qualityand balanced development,including the imbalanced allocation of educationalresources,uneven qualityof education,persistenturban and rural educationgap,insuficient policyimplementationandsupervision,etc.Basedonthis,this paperputs forwardthepracticepathofbalancedallcation of educational resources to promote fairdistribution,strengthening connotation construction to improve the level of education quality,promoting the integration of urbanandrural education to achieve the goal offair development,and strengthening the implementation and supervision throughout the process to ensure the balanced development of education,aiming to promote thebalancedand high-qualitydevelopmentof schoolphysical educationand health education,and provide a solid guarantee for the comprehensive development of students.
