Application effect of key node precision control model after robotassisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy

AbstractObjective:Toxploreeinterventiofctoftekydeprecisioontrolodelafterobotasistedlapaosicadical cystectomy (RARC).Methods:18patientswhouderwentRARCatheFirstAfitedHospitalof Xinjiang Medical Univesityfrom January 2022 to January 2O23 were selectedanddividedintothecontrol group(using conventional postoperative intervention, n =54) and thprecisioncontrolgroup(using hekeynodeprecisioncontrolmodelinterventionasedontheconventioalpostoperativeinterention, (204号 n=54 )usingtherandomumbertablemethod.Theinterventionswerecontinuedinthetwogroupsofpatientsuntildischarge.Postoperative recoveryndicators,painlevels,iflammatoryarkers,utritionalidicators,andcomplicationratesrecompaedetweentheo groups.Results:Tetietofisambulation,tietofistfatus,timtofstdfecatiourationofgastrictuberetentioadlegthof hospital stay of patients in the precision control group were shorter than those of the control group ( P <0.05). At 5 d and 7 d postoperatively, pain levels inboth groups were lower thanthose1dayaftersurgery,with lower pain level intheprecisioncontrolgroup( P <0.05). Inflammation levels were higher than preoperative elevation in both groups at 7d postoperatively ( P <0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05 ).At discharge, nutritional levels decreased in both groups compared with those before surgery,ut,tsfeiinutotaloteidabnelsrerieisionooouo in the control group (P<0.05) .Diffrence in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was not statistically significant ( P>0.05 ). Conclusion:The key node precisioncontrol model showed favorable clinical efect in post-RARC care, which can accelerate postoperative recovery and improve nutritional status.
