Scenario-immersive narrative nursing in the rehabilitation patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical nephrectomy

AbstractObjective：Toexplore theaplicationscenario-immersivenarativenursingintherehabilitationpatientsudergoing robot-asistedradicalnephrectmy.Methods：AprospetivestudyasconductedoOOpatintswounderwentobot-asistedradical nephrectomyatthePeople’s fromApril2022 toApril2O24.Patients wererandomly dividedintothstudygoup（eceivingsenario-immersivenarrtiveursingstrategy，n=5O）andtecontrolgroup（eeivingoutine nursingtrategn5）usingaandomnumberable.After4eksinterventio，outcosicludingsurgicalinicatorspslical state[Slf-ratigDepresioScale（D），Self-ratingAnietySale （SAS），quaitylifeWorldHalthOrgazationQualit0 （WHOQOL-10o）score，andursingsatisfactionwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupspatients.Results：Comparedtothecontrol group，thesdgouphdigiicantlyalietististftus，fstoalitake，ndistablationlogisoosil stay and lower hospitalization costs （ P <0.05）.Repeated measures indicated statistically significant diferences in timepoints，intergroup and interaction comparison SAS and SDS scores between the two groups （ P <0.05）. Compared to that before intervention，SASand SDS scores decreased significantly at2 and 4 weeks after interventionin both groups （ P <0.05），with lower scores in the study group （ P <0.05）. WHOQOL-10O scores acrossall dimensions increased significantly inboth groups after 4 weeks intervention （P<0.05） ， with higher scores in the study group （ P <0.05）.Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion：elicatiamesieatiesinanliatestoeatioeryprepliate， enhance quality life，and increase nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing robot-asisted radical nephrectomy.
