Effect of personalized rehabilitation program under smart medical mode on postoperative functional recovery and pain control in elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation

AbstractObjective：Tooserve theefectofpersonalizedrehabilitationprogamundersmartmedicalmodeonpostoperativefunctional recoveryndpaincontrolinelderlypatientswithlumbardischeriation（LDH）.Methds：121patientswithLDHwhoweretreatedathe FirstAfflitedHospitalofAirForeMedical UniversityfromMarch202toMarch2O24wereseletedanddividedintothecontrolgroup 0 n =61，receiving routine rehabilitation program） and the observation group ，receiving personalized rehabilitation program under smartmedicalode）usingthendomumbertablemethod.Thelumbarfunction，lumbaratityfunction，iomehanicalpropetisof lumbaradback muscles，painlevelsandincidenceofcomplications werecomparedbetween thetwo groups.Results：Compared with thatbeforeinterventioothgoupssowedincreasedJapanseOthopedicssociatio（JOA）soresaddecreasedOswestryDisabilit Index （ODI）afterintervention，whiletheoservationgrouphad higher JOA scoresandlowerODIscoresthanthecontrolgroup（ P <0.05）. Comparedwithtatbeforeitervention，lumbaretesiooftelumbarspie，forwardflexion，leftflexion，rightflexiorangeofotio lumbarerectorspinaemuslethickess，ultifusmusclethicknsandpeakomentereimproedintetoroupsfteretio and the above indicators were better in observation group than the control group （P<0.05） .Numeric Rating Scale（NRS） scoresdecreased at7days，14days，monthand3monthsftersurgeryinbothgroups，hiletheobservatiogrouphadlowerNSscoresthantosein the control group （ P⋅ <0.05）. The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Comparedwiththeconventionalrehabilitationmethod，thepersonalizedrehabilitationprogramunderthesmartmedicalmodehas significantadvantagesinpromotingfunctioalecovery，ontrolingainndducingpostoperativeomplicationsinldrlyH patients，which isamore scientific and effective rehabilitationapproach.
