Safety and feasibility analysis of domestic EDGE multi-port surgical robot-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy

AbstractObjective:Toevaluatethesafetyand feasibilityof thedomesticallproduced EDGE multi-port surgicalrobot (MP100) inlobectomy.Methods:Aretrospectiveanalysiswasconductedon1Opatients (bservationgroup)whounderwentrobot-assisted thoracoscopiclobectoyusingtheEDGEulti-ortsurgicalobotatteDeparmentoforacicSugeryanjinCestHospiallae toTianjinUnivesityfroJaary0toAril524.Itraoperativeandpostoperativeidicatrs,sellasothostoatie follow-upresults,wereanalyzed.Apropensity-matchedanalysiswasperformedwith13patientswhounderwentvideoassisted thoracoscopiclobectoy(ontolgoup)urigteepriod,omparingperoperatieutcoestweentetogous.lts:Al 10 patients inthebsevationgrousucessullyunderwentlbecmyandsystematiclmphndediectiowitoutconvesiotoopen surgery. The number of dissected lymph nodes was (14.20±1.62 ), postoperative hospital stay was 4.50 (4.O0,5.0O) d,operative time was (133.60±30.74 )min,intraoperative blood losswas ( 47.50±13.79 )mL,total postoperative drainage volume was (525.00±143.10) mL, postoperativedainagetubedurationas2.O(2.0o,3.0o)d,andiisionhealingwassatisfactory.The24ourostoperativeVore was3.00(3.0o,4)ithrepostopeatiecomlcatio.othfllupdgodreoveryiallpatints,iats reoperatios,oruplanedadmiios.omparedtothecotrolgroup,tebserationgoupadsgnificantlylssiraopativeblood loss (P=O.O16) and more thorough lymph node dissection (P<0.001 ).Conclusion:The domestically produced EDGE multi-port surgical robot-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy issafe and feasible.
