Effect lower limb exoskelen robot-assisted ankle joint exercise training on lower extremity function and gait parameters in hemiplegia patients after ischemic stroke

AbstractObjectiveToexploretheefecflowerlimbexoskelerobot-asistedanklejointexercisetrainngolowerlmfunction andgaitparametersinpatintswithmiplegiaafterischemicstroke.Methods:86patientswithemiplegiaafterischemicstrokewho weretreatedatBeijigRhablitationAfilatedfroMay23August2O24wereicludedhey were divided in the observation group (n=43)and the control group scriptstyle(n=43 )using the random number table method. The control group underwentconvetioalnklejtexerisetraiing,hileteoservationgroupunderentlower-libexoselenobotaistedankle jointexerciseg.Tfeensiowerbucoitpramesndisfaclvelforedfeailang werecomparedbetweenthetwo groupspatients.Results:After12 weks training,thescoresFugl-MeyerAssessmnt(FMA) lowerlimbpart,FunctioalAmbulationClassficationScale(FAC),ndBergBalanecaleB)intheobservationgroupwrehigher than those in the control group (P<0.05) ,and the 1OMWT completion time was shorter than that the control group (P<0.05) . Parameters suchasstridelengthwalingspeed,adene,andgaitsmmetythebservationgrouprealleterthanthosetheotrolgoup ( P <0.05),with a higher tal satisfaction rate 97.67% than 88.37% the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Lower limb exoskelen robot-asistedanklejointexercisetraininghavesignificantefectsonimprovinglowerlibfunctionsandgaitparametersinpatientswith hemiplegia after ischemic stroke, which isworthy promotion and application.
