Methods:120patitsounderwentmeisusrepairsurgeyatteAfiliaedHospitalofJianganUiversityfroMay23tDcember 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group ( n =59,receiving conventional rehabilitation) and the observation group ( n =61, receivingconvetoalabilitatocondwitlwerlboskeleoobotasistedg).Knjntangeofotione Balance Scale (Bss,teatilKeote)osdLhefcioosed Results: BefoetdciessLeoof statisticallysignificant P- 0.05).After treatment,theobservationgroupshowedsignificantlyimprovedkneeROM,higherBBS scores,elevated IKDC scores,and increased Lysholm scores compared to the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Lower limb exoskeleton robot-assisted training can efectively enhance knee ROM,functional recovery,and balance capacity in patients with meniscus njuries.
