Orthopedic surgical robot-assisted navigation for precise screw placement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in young and middle-aged patients

AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheeficacyofprecisionscrewplacementunder theasistanceofTiRobotorthopedicsurgical robotnavigationsystemintetreatmentoffemoralnckfraturesinyoungandiddleagedpatients.Methods:6patientswithfemoal neckfractureswhowereadmitedtoHonghuiHospitalAfiliatedtoXi'anJiaotongUniversityfromJanuary2O21toMarch3were selected.Basedondiferentsugicalapproaches,patientsweredividedintotheexperimental group(n=3O)andthecontrolgroup( n= 30). Theexperimentalgoupunderwentobotasistednavigationforprecisesrewplacement,whilethecontrolgoupreceivedcoetional frehandscrew placement.Comparisons weremadebetweenthetwo groupsregardingoperative time,numberof guidewiredrilligs, intraoperatiooyesilesgotieod,oa shortening,hipjintfunctiodringfolowup,ndfracturealingtie.Results:Comparedtoteontrolgroup,teexperimealgoup exhibitedsigatloaibfeilaio angle deviation,and anteversion angle deviation ( P <0.05). Statistically significant differences were observed in postoperative Harris scores and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups (P<0.05) .
