Effect of perioperative nursing cooperation in robot-assisted total knee arthroplasty

AbstractObecti：Tvestite tefctofperateursingopratioibotistedtotalkeeartholasty（K）. Methods：50patientswhounderwentRA-TKAattheSecondAfliatedHospitalofAirForceMedicalUniversityfromJanuary2to October 2O23 were selected and randomly divided into the control group（ n= 25） and the observation group （n=25） using a random number table.Thecontrolgroupeceivedconventioalursingcooperation，whilethebservationgroupeceiedoptiizedperioperativeusing cooperation.Teejtconditios，visualanalogsale（VA）soresqualityoflife，andusingsatisfactionereompardetween thetwogroupsatadmissonand3monthspostoperatively.Results：TerewerenostatisticallsigicantdifferencesinLysoloes and VAS scores between the two groups at admission （P>0.05） . After 3 months of intervention，VAS scores were significantlylower in the observation group P<0.05） ，the quality oflife scores and the NSNS scores were significantly higherin the observation group，compared to the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Optimized perioperative nursing cooperation can effectively reduce pain levels，improve quality of life，and enhance nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing RA-TKA.
