AbstractObective:Toinvestigatethefectsofrobot-aistedgaittrainngcombiedwithfuncionalelectricalstimulation(FES) onlowerlimbmusclestrength,balanceabilityandmotorfunctioninstrokepatients.Methods:96patients withconvalescentstroke whowere treatedatNanjingGaochunPeople'sHospitalfromJanuary2O22toJanuary2O24wereselectedandrandomlydividedinto the FES group ( n =48,receiving lower limb FES) and the combined group ( n=48 ,receiving robot-assisted walking training combined withlowerlimbFES).Lowerlibusclestrength,alanceabilityjntangeofmotion,motorfunctio,andactivitisofdailylving (ADL)werecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandaftertraining.Results:Aftertraining,kneeextensionmusclestregthand hip flexion muscle strength of combined group were higher than those of FES group (P<0.05) .Higher Berg Balance Scale (BBS) scores andgreaterhip/kneejointrangeofmotionwerefoundinthecombinedgroupafter training(P
