Domestic surgical robot-assisted laparoscopic cystotomy with foreign body removal： a case report （with surgical video）

AbstractObjective：ToevaluatethefeasibilityandsafetyofToumaifour-armlaparoscopicsurgicalrobot-asistedlaparoscopic cystotomywithforeignbodyemoval.Methods：Thisarticlereportsacaseofintrauteriedevice（UD）migrationwithbladderpeforation managedbyrobot-asistedlaparoscopiccystotomyandforeignbodyremovalatBaotou Central Hospital.Results：Thesurgerywas successfully completed within 45 min，with an estimated blood loss of 10mL .No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred. Two-weekfollw-upconfirmedsatisfactoryhealingofthebladderincision.Conclusion：Thestudyconfirmedtheeficacyofdomestic robot-assistedsurgery in managing rareblader perforationcausedbyanectopic IUD.The selectedapproach provedrational，with excellent recovery outcomes，offering valuable insights for clinical practice.
