AbstractObjective:Toanalyethecorelationbetweeglobalevaluativeassmentofroboticskills(GEARS)andDaVici skil simulator (DVSS)scores,and to develop a prediction model for GEARS scores based on DVSS scoring. Methods:27participants completed6tasksontheDVS,generatingbothDSSandGEARSscores.Linearregresionandmultivariatepredictivemodelswere usedtoconstructaGEARSscore predictionmodel.Results:Significantcorelationsbetween DVSSand GEARS evaluationmetricwere identified.AnequationwasestablishedtopredicttotalGEARSscoresusingDVSSscores.Comparisonsbetwenlinearandmutivariate modelsrevealed similarpredictiveperformancefortotal GEARSscores.Conclusion:Trainerscanutilizealinearregresionequation derived from DVSS scores to predict total GEARS scores.
