Abstract:Fromeperspectieoftehstoricalevolutionanddevelopmenttrajectoryoflocaluniversitylibraries,itisparticularly necessarytocarrutprofeioaleticseducationAsanipoantsupprtfregioalculureadcademicresouces,edevelopmentflcaluniversitylibrariesnotonlyonces theteachingqualityofthescholbutalsoafectstheinheritanceandinnovationof localculture.However,atpresent,localunivesityrariesfaceultiplehallngesenpromotingprofessoaleicsducatioe serviceworkfcallbasiseninlatielyeakposionitlitdsoundisufetetiontesuntder groupisstllineprocssofpersonalitevelopentandteiruderstandingoflraryulesandprofessionalicsdstbe strengtheed;inddition,teevauationstandardsforlibaryprofesioalethisarevageandlackspecificndoperatioalquantita tiveindicatos.Tfectivelyddresstsedfuts,tisarticlepropoesaserisfstrategies:optiingtelibrarymaageent mechanism toudeteealthdevelopmentoflibrarians’professionaletics;formulatingphasdlibraryprofessonaleticsalesto clarifyevaluationstandards;andattesametie,givingfullplatoepositieoleofpublcopinonsupervisiontoreateagodat mosphere ofprofessional ethics,therebycomprehensivelypromoting professional ethics education inlocaluniversitylibraris.
