Abstract：Youth isthefutureofthecoutryandthehopeofthenation，andthecultivationofyouthvalues is veryimportant.Internetculturehasthecharacteristicsof technologicalempowementandsymbolreconstruction，whichhasadoubleimpactonthefor mationanddevelopmentofyouthvalues.Intersofpositiveempowerment，ithaspromotedthedemocraizationoftheexpreionof youthvalues，expandedthediversificationofyouthculturalidentityandnhancedthesubjectivityofyouthvaluejudgmentIes of practicalchalenges，thereareproblemssuchasthespreadriskofvaluerelativitythevaluedeconstructionofculturalconsumerism，andthelossofvaluecausedbyinformatiooverload.Byreshapingtheculturalcoordinatesofyouthvalues，improvingthe ruleflawframeworkofinteetculturegoveanc，buildingasientificandtechologicalbarrierinalearcyberspacendcultivating theinteetcultureliteracyofcontemporaryyouth，wecan guideyoung peopletoestablishcorectvaluesandhelpyoung people grow into newcomers in the era to take on the great task of national rejuvenation.
