Abstract:With therapiddevelopmentof information technologyand thecontinuousevolutionof educational philosophies,universitylibraris,asaeyomponentoftegherducationsemarefacingrticalchancesfortrasfomatioanduades.e futureleamingcenter,asaninnovativeleaingspaceandservicemodelintegratingmoderinformationtechnologyandcreativeeducationconcepts,providesacrucialpathwayfortheinovativedevelopmentofuniversitylibraries.Ourstudycontendsthattheconstructionofafuturelearningcentershouldadheretothereader-centeredprinciple,prioritizetechnologyempowerment,andpursue opensharingndstaablevelopentIeouctioegratiooftialsigneologicallatfos,nduatiol resourcesmustbeemphasizedtoinnovateservicemodels.Throughadeepfusionoftechnologicalempowermentandeducational philosophieswithinthefuture learningcenterframework,thisarticle explores howacademic libraries constructafour-dimensional frameworkforholisicstudentdevelopmentcharacterizedby"ubiquitousawarenessofleaingcontexts,personalizedcontentdelivery inteligentsupportsystems,andcosystembaseddevelopment"Thisapproachistoprovideboththeoreticalunderpngsand practical guidelines for the transformation and advancement of university libraries.
