Abstract：Inthecontextoftheneweraof highereducationfocusingoncomprehensivedevelopmentandtalentcultivation，the importanceofborducatioforollgestudentsisincreasinglyprominnt.EcellnttraditioalCnsecureistealaion ofthousandsofyearsofcivilizationaccumuatedbytheChinesenation，containingrcheducational wisdomandprovidinguiqueresourcesforthelaboreducationofcollegestudents.LaboreducationisrootedintheexcelentraditionalChnesecultureandbearsthe importantmisionofcultivatingmoralityandtalents.Itisofgreatsignificanceforpromotingtheconstructionofaneducatioaland culturalpowerIeutevelontpres，eplyinteatigxcellnttdioalCeuleintogsudtsbr educationplaysapositiveandcrucialoleincultivatingsudentslaborspirit，strengtheningpracticalability，shapingprofssioal ethics，ndeacingculturalconfideneisaticleeeplynalyesthetoreticalbasisandistoricalsigiianceoftetegationofexcellntraditionalCnesecultureandlborducationforcollgestudents.ItanalyzestelaboreducationelementsieellenttraditionalChinesecultureandproposesiovativeintegratededucationstrategiesfrommultipledimensions，inordertoproide feasibledeasandmethodsforuniversitiestopromoterelevanteducationalpracticsandhelpcolegestudentsdevelopcompreensively.
