Abstract：Oralcommunication hasalways bena majorweakness of Chinese Universitystudents，especially thosewho study Agriculture.Anewmethodi.e."34oralEnglishmethod，torapidlyimproveoralEnglishcommunicationabilityforAgricultural studentswasproposed basedonyearsof leamingandteaching experience，andcombinedwiththe leaming habitsand characteristicsofChinesestudentsunderthebackgroundof"doublefirst-clas"construction.The"34"oralEnglishmethod includes3paragraphs，3replaceablesentences，3replaceablekeywordsand3Sprinciples.Itcanclarifytheorganizationof language，andsimplifythelearningproces;andhelptoovercomestudents'shynessThequestionnairesurveyshowsthatnearly （20 70% ofthestudentsbelievethattheiroralandexpressiveabilitieshavebeenimprovedafterhavingemployedthismethod.This methodisaninovativewaytoimproveoralEnglishandcanbeapliedtoallbilingualteachingcourses.Itcanimprovethe oralcommunicationskilsforstudentswhoarestudyingAgriculturalscienceandbebeneficialforinteractionbetweenstudents andteachersduring bilingualteachingunderthedoublefirst-classbackgroundinChina，whichprovidestalentswithinteational visions，who can understand and love farmers.
