Abstract：SincethefoundingofthePeople'sRepublicof China，thenation hasundergoneastructuraltransformationin urban-ruraldevelopmentfrom"ruralChina"to"urban-ruralChina"，evolvingfromadualurban-ruralstructuretointegrated development.However，agriculturalandruraldevelopmentstillagsbehindurbanprogress，withpersistentimbalancesand insuffcientruraldevelopment.Urban-ruralintegrationhasbecomeessentialtoresolvingtheprincipalsocialcontradiction.The "DecisiononComprehensivelyDepeningReformandAdvancingChinese Modernization"adoptedattheThirdPlenarySesionof the2OthCPCCentralCommiteeoutlinessignificantinstitutionalreformsforintegratedurban-ruraldevelopment.Thisinovative practice，rotedinMarxistspatialtheoryandadaptedtocontemporaryChina，demonstratespracticalpathwaysforadvancing Chinesemoderizationtroughinstitutionalinnovation：breakingdownspatialbarierstofacilitatefreflowofproductionfactors; optimizingresourcealocationtoachievespatialjustice;establishingcolaborativemechanismsforjointgovernanceofurban-ural spaces; and protecting ecological environments to create sustainable development frameworks.
