Abstract：Smartagriculturaltechnologyputsforwardhigherrequirementsforthequalityofagriculture-relatedgroups，and popularizationofscienceandtechnologyisoneofthestartingpointsforcomprehensiveruralrevitalization.Thispaperfirst discusesthecouplingrelationshipbetweenscientificandtechnologicalpopularizationandscientificandtechnologicaliovation inthedimensionsofvalue，path，resourcesandgoals，andpointsoutthattherearevaluecouplingforcomprehensiverural revitalization，pathcouplingthatcomplementseachother，esourcecouplingforgovernment，industryresearchandresearch，and smartagriculture.BasedonthecharacteristcagricultureofflowersinZhongshanCity，itdiscussstheagriculturalscience popularizationapplicationpathofintellgentreplenishmentofLEDlightsourcestopromotetheprecisecultivationofhigvalue flowers.Itfurtherproposedpracticalstrategiessuchasthefourdimsioalintegrationofshoolnterprise，leamingand agriculturetouildasiencepopularizationteam，themulti-artycolaborationofgovermment，shool，andstudentstopove theffectivenessofsiencepopularzationandesienceandtechnologydepartmenttoleadthesocietytostrengthenivestet insciencepopularization.Thepopularizationofsienceandtechnologyisfundamentalandpublicwelfare.Multipleentitisshould folowChina'sScienceandTechnolgyPopularizationLaw，cordinatetopromotesciencepopularizationtoserveagriculture，and support the development of new agricultural productivity.
