Abstract：Atpresent，theruralrevitalizationstrategyhasenteredanewstage，andacceleratingthecomprehensive revitalizationofruralareashasenteredthefastlane.Talentisthekeytothecomprehensiverevitalizationofruralareas.Highquaityadfullemploymentforcollgestudentsreturninghomeisanimportantwaytosolvetheshortageoftalentresourcesfor comprehensiveruralrevitalization.Itisofgreatpracticalsignificanceforstrengtheningtalentsupportforruralrevitalization， promotingtheupgradingofagriculturalandruralindustries，aleviatingcurenturbanemploymentpresure，andrealizingtheselfworthfyoungstudents.However，high-qualityandfullemploymentforcolegestudentsreturninghomeisfacedwithdificulties suchasimperfectemploymentsupportsystem，weakemploymentatmosphere，mismatchbetweensupplyanddemandof jobsand weakmotivationforemployment.Therefore，wecanimprovetheemploymentsystemandimproveemploymentsecurityatthe govemment level.Wecanincreaseemploymentpublicityatthesocialleveltocreateanemploymentatmosphere;increase employmenttrainingattheuniversityleveltoenhanceemployability;attheindividuallevel，wewillupdateemploymentconcepts andenhanceemploymentstickinessandotherreliefapproachestopromotehigh-qualityandfullemploymentforcollgestudents toreturn home，and provide talent protection for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
