3种药用菊花指标性成分含量的差异研究

Abstract:Topreciselyselectandcultivatehigh-qualitychrysanthemumvarietiesandestablishadigitalqualityevaluation system,thediferencesinkeybioactivecomponentsamongBoju,Bohuangju,andBofenju-thepredominantchrysanthemum varietiesfromBozhouhasbeensystematicallyanalyzedherein.Quantiativedeterminationofthreemarkercompounds(chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,andisochlorogenicacidA)wasconductedusinghigh-performanceliquidchromatography(HPLC),folowedby comprehensiveevaluationacordingtopharmacopoeialstandards.Theresultsindicatedthatthecontentsofchlorogenicacid (0.360% 0.515% ) and isochlorogenic acid A( 0.882% ⋅1.28% ) in all three varieties exceeded the thresholds specified in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia ( ⩾0.20% and ⩾0.70% ,respectively).Luteoloside content met the standard ( ⩾0.080% )only in Bofenju (0.143% ).Comprehensive compositional assessment revealed that Bofenju exhibited the highest values across all three markers:chlorogenic acid( 0.515% ),luteoloside (0.143% ),andisochlorogenic acid A(1.28%) . It demonstrates significant compositional variationsamongchrysanthemumvarietiesfromtheBozhouregion,withBofenjushowingsuperiorpotentialformedicinal aplications.Thesefidingsprovideciticaldatasupportfoprecisioncultivationinteligentalitymonitoingandindustrialized production of medicinal chrysanthemums.
