强村公司赋能乡村建设的现实困境与优化路径

Abstract：Thispaper takesacountyvillage-empowering companyastheresearchobjectandanalyzes itsdevelopmentstatus， practicaldificultiesandoptimizationpathsResearchshowsthatitfaceschalengessuchasweakriskresponse，talentshortage， insuffcintmarketizationandindustrialhomogenizationinempoweringruralrevitalization.Basedonthis，four-dimensional strategiesareproposed：buildingariskpreventionandcontrolsystem，inovatingatalentintroductionandeducationmechanism， deepeningmarket-orientedreforms，andpromotingdiferentiatedindustrialdevelopment.Researchshowsthatthroughgovernance inovationandresourcereorganization，vilage-empoweringcompaniescanbreakthrough"policydependence"andachievethe transformationof"autonomousblood-making"，providingapracticalpathforthehigh-qualtydevelopmentoftheruralcolective economy，commonprosperity，and rural revitalization.
