Abstract： This paper focuses on the "photovoltaic + desertification control + agriculture" composite model in Minqin County， deeplyanalyzesitsinnovativepracticesandproblems，andputsforwarddevelopmentsuggestions.Thismodelachievestheorganic unityofcologicaleconomicandsocialbeneftsyayingphotovoaicpanelsintheGobiDeserttogeneratelectricityusingthe landunderthepanelstocontroldesertificationandcarryoutagriculturalplantingandbredingThispaperexpoundsthe remarkableresultsofthismodelinimprovingtheecologicalenvironment，promotingeconomicdevelopmentandincreasingfarers income，analyshlengsinsoftchologapitalarketandieandtenputsfwardargetedgiosto promotesustainabledevelopmentinMinqinCountyandsimilarareas，soas toprovidetheoreticalandpracticaleference.
