Abstract：Inthecontextofthedigitaleconomydrivingthedevelopmentofnewproductiveforces，thetrainingofstudent cadresmajoringinengineeinginagriculturalcollgesanduniversitiesisfacingthepracticalneedof transfomingandupading theabilitystructure.Basedontheperspectiveofcollgecounselors，thisarticlefocusesonimprovingtheabilityofstudent cadresmajoringinengineeringinagriculturalcollgesanduniversities，andsystematicallyexploresefectivepathstoimprove theirabilitiesaroundthedevelopmentrequirementsofewqualityproductiveforces，combinedwiththeirresponsibilitiesandthe characteristicsofagriculture-relatedenginering.Theresearchproposesandimprovesthetrinityeducationparadigmof"value castingsoulrofesalitegationzatioaliovati"gtoideeoealspprtdacticaleet ideologicalandpoliticaleducationworkofagriculturalcollgesanduniversitiestomeetnationalstrategicnedsandaurately empower the development of new agricultural productivity.
