Abstract：Inthecontextofthein-depthadvancementoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy，talent，astheprimaryresourcefor development，hasitsteambuildingqualitydirectlybearingontheefectivenessofruralrevitalization.Thedevelopmentofrural talentteamsprovidescoresupportforruralindustrialevitalizationinjectsprofesioalimpetusintoecologicalrvitaiaion consolidatesteinheritancefoundationforculturalrevitalizatio，strengthnsintelectualguarantsforgoverancerevitlation andpolsjointefortsfordevelopmentinorganizationalrevitalization.Itservesasthecoreguaranteeforactivatingthe endogenousdriving forceofruralareasandachievingsustainabledevelopment.Inviewofthecurrntproblemsinruraltalent teambuilding，suchasthemismatchbetween talentsupplyandtheneedsofruralrevitalization，defectsinthemechanismsfor talentintroductioncultivation，retentionandutlization，andthenedtooptimizetheevelopmentenvironmentforuralalents， efortsshouldstartfrompathslikeacuratelyintroducingsuitabletalents，systematicallcultivatinglocalpracticaltalents，and improvingtalentetentionandincentivemechanisms.Bybuildinganintegratedsystemof"introduction，cultivation，retentionand utilization"，wecanprovidecontinuousandstabletalentsupportforthecomprehensiverevitalizationofruralareas，helpingto realize the goals of strong agriculture，beautiful countryside and wealthy farmers.
