Abstract：Astekeytoconnectingpovertyaleviationandruralrevitalization，thepoliticalfunctionofthePartyorganization inpoverty-strickenvilagesisanimportantguaranteeforconsolidatingandexpandingtheresultsofpovertyaleviationand promotingcomprehensiveuralrevitalization.Thispapertakesthegeneralrequirementsoftheruralrevitalzationstrategyof" prosperousindustries，ivableecologycivilizedruralcustoms，ectivegoverance，anduentlifeasthelogicalstartigoint， andcombinesthedualtasksof"preventingretuntopovertyandpromotingdevelopment"inpovertystrickenvillges.Onthebasis oftheconnotationofplticalfunctionsofPartyoganzationsipovertystrickenvillges，thisaperanalyesthecurentpractcal dificultiesexistinginsomepovertstrickenvillgesintesofpoliticalguidanceorganzationalmobilizationdeisionaking self-constructioncndalsteracticaldiultisftrenghengtoreticalangtiinggatioales， astoinovatethefour dimensionsof practical pathsandimprovethe guaranteemechanism，propose specificcountermeasuresto enhancethepoliticalfunctionsofPartyorganizationsinpoverty-strickenvilages，andprovidestrongorganizationalsupportfor promoting poverty-stricken villages to achieve "prosperous industries，beautiful villages，and rich farmers".
