Abstract：FarmingcultureisthefoundationofChina'sexcellenttraditionalculture.Inruralrevitalizationandthe constructionofaculturalpower，farmingcultureisnotonlyawitnessofhistory，butalsothefoundationofthedevelopmentof modernsociety.Thisstudycombinestraditionalfarmingculturewithlaboreducationinhighervocatioalcoleges，expoundsthe conotationoftraditionalfarmingcultureanditsefectivenessineducatingpeople，analyzesthecurrentgoalsanddilemmasof laboreducationinhighervocationalcollges，andtakesthe"reflection"laboreducationpracticebaseasanexample.From exploringtheconotationoffarmingcultureandhighlightingthecharactersticsoffarmingculture，multiplemeasureshavebeen takentoinjectfarmingculturalwisdomintolaboreducationpracticeinthenewera，andprovidenewideasandmethodsfor labor education curriculum innovation in higher vocational collges.
