Abstract：Integratingdigitaltechnologyintotheconstructionofruralcommunitygovernancecommunitieswillhelpreshape theconceptofruralcommunitygovernance，expandchanelsfordemocraticparticipationinruralcommunities，optimizethe efciencyofresourcealocationinruralcommunities，andstrengthencordinatedsocialdevelopment.However，therearestillthe folowingdilemmasintheconstructionofdigitallempoweredruralcommunitygovemancecommunities：thelagoftraditional governanceconcepts，terelativelyweakdigitalfoundationofruralcommunities，theimperfectmechanismfordigitallyempowered ruralcommunitygovemancecommunities，andthelackofruraldigitaltechnologyprofesionals.Therefore，itisnecessaryto betterbuildadigitalruralcommunitygovernancecommunitybyreshapingruralgovernanceconcepts，strengtheninginfrastructure construction， improving digital governance mechanisms，and enhancing digital governance awareness.
