Abstract:Asaproductofthedeepintegrationofthedigitaleconomyandtheruralrevitalizationstrategy,rurale-commerce canefectivelyalocateresources,suchasthemarket,technologyorganizationandhumanresources,andreconstructthe traditionalagriculturalproductionrelations.Rurale-commercehasalsofoedasignificantlong-tailefectonincreasingfarers income.E-commerceplatforms,breaking through geographicalrestrictions,canpreciselymatchrural supplywith marketdemand. Withthehelpofdigitaltools,theycanfurtherreducethecostofagriculturalproducttransactionsabroad.Themoder distributionrelationshipsandhumanresourcemanagementmethodsbroughtaboutbythedevelopmentofe-commercecanalso providesstainedmomentumforruraldevelopment.Inordertofurtherleveragetheroleofrurale-commerceinincreasing farmers'income,localgovernmentsshouldstrengthentheconstructionofcoldchainlogistics,improve5Gmobilenetworks, providefarmerswithrelevanttrainingone-commercedevelopment,formapolicyinnovationcoordinationsystem,andpromote farmers'income increase andagricultural modermization development,thereby forming a virtuouscycle.
