萝卜有机氮替代氮肥的综合效应研究

Abstract:ThisstudyconductedafieldexperimentinChaichanginHouxiTown,JimeiDistrict,XiamenCitytoreplace nitrogenfertilizerfororganicnitrogeninradish(Baiyuchunvariety).Theexperimentsetupfourtreatments:habitualfertliation (T1), 20% organic nitrogen substitution (T2), 30% substitution (T3),and 50% substitution (T4),so as to systematically explore the effectsofdiferentsubstiuionratiosonadishgrowthyield,qualityandconomicbenefits.TheresultssowedthatTtreatent ( 20% substitution) performed best,increasing the yield by 69.4kg/mu (anincrease of 2.8% )and increasing the income by 138yuan/mu compared with the control;the optimal substitution proportion was determined to be 27.9% .Organic nitrogen substitution significantly improved quality, reducing sugar increased by O.37~0.99 % ,and nitrate content fluctuated significantly. This test proved that 20~30% organic nitrogen substitution can simultaneously achieve yield improvement,quality optimization and efficiency increase,providing a scientific basis for green production of radish in southeastern Fujian.
