Abstract:Thefirstsecretaryinthevilageplaysavitalroleasthelink betwee thepartyandthegovernmenttoconnect ruralareas，agriculureandfarmesineprocessofralrevialization.Inrecentyears,vestreamingforgodsasaniovative agriculturalasistancemodelforthefirstsecretaryinhevilgehasdeveloedintoanatioalpractice.Howeve,thismerging modelalsofacestriplesructuralcontradictionsof"People","Goods”and"Markets"inthedevelopmentproces.Aordintothe newendogenousdevelopmenttheory，theoveralldevelopmentofruralareasshouldbesoughtinamixedpathof"linkage betweenupperandlowerlevels"and"symbiosisbetweninsideandoutside".Therefore,weshouldsolvetheproblemof talent panicthroughmulti-dimensionaldrivenlivestreamingtrainingiteration;deeplycultivatethequalitycoreofagriculturalproductsto solvetheproblemofinsuffcientqualityofupstreamgods；andintegrateprofessionaloperationresourcstosolvetheproblemof shortcomings in field efficiency.
