Abstract：AgainstthebackdropofthecontinuousdepeningoftheRuralRevitalizationStrategyandthetransformative developmentofagriculturalanduralmodemzation，thetalentdemandstructureinmodeagicultureisundergoingsignicantcanges， shiftingfromtraditioalsingleskilldtecicalalentstocompoundtalntswithprofessoalompetence，rural-lelingd inovativelitecyHoweegiculuralollgsareurrntlyacdihumerosallngesinntciaionpractidets generallylackastrongsnseofidentityithagulturalmajors，thereisadiscoectbetweenpracticalteachingndactualproduction needs，andthecollborativeducatioechasmstweencollegesndlocalgovemments/enterprisesdimprovementrootingte indepthintegrationofideologicalandpolialgudanceintothecultivatioofgricultureawarendagiculturelovingtalentss becomethecoreisseinaddresingtestructuralcontradictionsofgriculturaltalent.Thispaperdeplyexplorestheinteallgicof integratingideologicalandpoliticalgudancewithtecultivationofagicultureawareandagiculturelovingtalents，xpoundsoth importantvalueofteiritegatioalyzstetpracticalileasdproposareeinOn"ivationathoedin culturaifiltratiovenbypracticalpoweetndgarteedbyolbatieucatioeistrovideticalbasis and practical reference for the reform of agricultural education in the new era.
