Abstract:Ruralindustrialrevitalizationisanimportantwaytopromoteagriculturalandrural modernization.Thenew productivityformedwithtechnologicalrevolutionandindustrialupgradinghasgreatlyinjectednewmomentumintoruralindustrial revitalization.Empoweringruralrevitalizationbynewproductvityistheproritypathtopromotecomprehensiveuralevitalization. New-qualityproductiveforcesempowersruralrevialization.Thekeytothepracticalchalengesfacingistheproblemofskille talents:thecontradictionbetweenlaggingtechnologyiterationandtraining，thestructuralimbalancebetweensupplyanddemand ofskilldtalents，andthemismatchbetweetalentecologyandindustrialdemand.Inordertopromotenew-qualityproductive forcestoempowerrualrevitalizationandsolveheirskillsproblems,itisnecesarytomtteneedsofruralindustrialsyste constructionandpromotethesimultaneouscoordinationofthecultivationofskiledtalentsandthedevelopmentofnew-quality productieforces；itisnecessrytocomplywiththedevelopmenttrendofnew-qualityproductiveforcestoempowerrural industriesandpromotethebalanceofsuplyanddemandofskilldtalents;itisnecesarytooptimizetedevelopmentcology of rural talents and promote the precise connection between skiled talents and new-quality productive forces.
