Abstract：Ruralrevitalizationandhigh-qualitydevelopmentofagriculturalindustrilizationisthecorestrategyofagricultural andruraldevelopmentinChina，anditisalsothekeypathtorealizetheconstructionofbeautifulvilages，civilizedvillges， culturalvillgesandfarmers’income.Basedonthemainproblemsandchallngesfacedbythecurrntruraleconomic development，thispapersystematicallyputsforwardcountermeasuestopromotethehighqualitydevelopmentofruralrevitalization andagriculturalindustralizationfromtheperspectivesofscientificandtechnologicalinovationpolicysupportandgreen development.Itissuggestedthatthecompetitivenessofagriculturalindustryshouldbecomprehensivelyimprovedandthe sustainabledevelopmentofruraleconomyshouldbepromotedbystrengtheningtop-leveldesign，optimizingresourcealocation， improvingtalentintroductionmechanismandpromotinggreeproductiontechnology.Theresearchresultsof thispapercan provide theoretical reference for relevant policy formulation and practice.
