Abstract：Thisarticleexaminesthenewlyimplemented"LawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonPromotingRural Revitalization"asabackdroptoconductin-depthinterviewswithmiddle-agedindividuals，whoarethebackboneofruralareas， aswellasgrasrootsmanagementpersonnel.Itsummarizesthecurrentsituation，achievements，andexistingproblems，and analyzesthereasonsusingdimensionssuchasgovernancesubjects，govermanceobjects，goveranceenvironments，and governance institutionalthories.Startingfromcollaborativetheoryitistocreateanoptimizedpathwaythatharmonizesthecollation betweenparty-buildingleadershipandvillgers'responses，theefectivegovermancebymanagementsubjectsandtheactive participationof governanceobjects，aswellasthesynergybetweenhardwareandsoftwarefacilitiesinthegovernanceenviroment and between governance institutional theories and practices.
