天府粮仓市域产教联合体：农业产业需求与教育供给的动态响应机制研究

Abstract:Inviewofthestructuralcontradictionthatthesupplyofvocationaleducationlagsbehindthetechnological iterationoftheagriculturalindustry，thisstudyfocusesontheTianfuGranaryMunicipalIndustryEducationConsortiumand buildsadynamicresponsemechanismof "DemandPerception-ResourcesAdaptation-CapabilityTransition".Thecoreframework ofthismechanismincludesthreepartsthatsupporteachother:Ademand-supplyadaptationstatediagnosissystem,aneducation supplyelasticityadaptationsystemandathird-levelcolaborativeoperationsystem.Byanalyzingthecoupling mechanismbetwen theagriculturalindustrychainandeducationalresources，thekeysupportsformechanismrealizationareproposed:Acurately identifyingtechnologicalgapsndtalentneedsintheagriculturalindustry；flexiblyreorganizingeducationalresourcestobreak throughadmiisrativebarrers;stablishinga"Demand-ResourcesAbility"closd-loofedbackandmult-entitycollbative governancemechanismwillultimatelybuildamunicipalindustryandeducationecosysteminwhichgovermment，government, enterprisesandscholscoexist.Thisresearchfocusesonthesystematicconstructionofresponsemechanisms.Throughaccurate perceptionofneedsanddynamicalocationofresources,itfectivelyimprovestheeficiencyofmatchingsupplyanddemandof talentsinthemodernagriculturalindustryandprovidesoperableinstutionalsolutionstosolvethe"disconnection"problemof industry and education in the city.
