Abstract：Inruralgovernancepractice，generativeAIhelpsoptimize theefectivenessof grasrootspartyorganizationsin leadinggrassootsgoverance，educetheburdenandworkpressureongrasrotsstaffenancevillgerssnseofainape， andsecurityandnhancevilagersself-govermancecapabilies.However，limitedbytechnicalcharacteristicsandaplication environment，westillfacemultipleriskssuchasinsuficientmodeladaptation，contentbiasanderors，anddigitaldivde.Inoder toefectivelyexerttheenablingefectoftechnologyandavoidpotentialiss，itisnecesarytotaketheconstructionofnetwork infrastructureandtherenewalofterminalequipmentastheprimaryprerequisite，modeladaptationandcontinuousimprovementof technicalsupportcapabiltiesastheimportantfoundationndcontentstandardizationandgoveranceasthecorestartingpointAt thesametime，wewillstrengthenthepopularizationoftechnicalliteracyandtheconstructionofintergenerationalintegration capabilities，coordinateandimprovevarioussystemsandmechanismssystematicallypromotethemoderzationofruralgoveance systemsand governancecapabilities，and provide solidsupport for the implementationofrural revitalization strategies.
