Abstract:Thispaperintendstoexploretheefectsof diferentconcentrationsofglufosinateammoniumandglyphosateon soilmicrorganismsinbananagardens,andprovideatheoreticalbasisforevaluatingthesynergisticefectoftwocommon herbicidesandsoilmicrorganismsontheecologyofbananagardens.Anindoorsimulationexperimentwassetuptostudythe effectsof glyphosateandglufosinateammoniumtreatmentsonthenumberoffungiactinomycetesandbacteriainsoil.Teresults showedthattreatmentwithdiferentconcentrationsofglyphosateandglufosinateammoniumgenerallyhadinhibitoryfectson microrganismsinthesoil.Treatmentwithglyphosateandglufosinateammoniumcausesaninhibitoryresponsetobacteriainthe soilandtheiibitoryectonacteriaincreasesastheconcentrationincreases.Glyphoxidehasasignificantlystronger inhibitoryefectonbacteriathanglufosinateammoniumtreatment.Inthe-dayculturedsoil,thetreatmentsofglufosinate ammonium 2000mg/kg and glyphosate 8000mg/kg had the most significant inhibitory effcts on bacteria,reaching 32.8% and (204 37.3% respectively.Theefectsofthetwoherbicidesonactinomyceteswereslight,andtheinhibitoryefetofglufosinate ammonium was significantly greater than that of glyphosate. The high concentration of 2000mg/kg glufosinate ammonium treatment had the most prominent effect,which decreased by 38.9 % , 41.5% , 40.2% ,38.4%and 37.5% on the 1st,4th,7th,10th andl3thdaysrespectively.Theeffctsofthetwoherbicidesonfungiwerequitediferent.Amongthem,glyphosate treatment hadacertaininhibitoryefectonfungi,andtheinhibitoryefectbecamemoreobviousastheconcentrationincreased;while glufosinate treatedsoil maintainedaverysignificant inhibitory effectonfungi.Glufosinate treatmentat 2000mg/kg decreased by (20 51.0% , 53.6% , 43.3% , 41.0% and 38.8% respectively after1,4,7,10 and 13 days.
